Review on 🧖 Burgundy Haven: Slowtide's Versatile One-Size Towel for Blissful Relaxation by Leslie Wilcox

I washed two towels twice and saw a very long thread come loose from the fringes on the underside of one of the towels along with more white threads coming from the top of the back of the towel came towel. myself. This makes me question the quality of these towels as they are still brand new with no hard use. I called Revain CS after receiving an email from the seller emilie@slowtide.co promising to help but was not delivered to this email address. All towels must be easily washed/dried. "Emily" hinted in her reply that the dryer was the problem. I've washed towels in cold water, dried them on a very short drying cycle, although this has nothing to do with a defective towel which the company doesn't address. I also left a voicemail for Slowtide but received no reply. Revain CS took action by sending a return label and adding that it would forward this to its sales team for verification. Slowtide will charge a 20% restocking fee for defective items; This company is unethical. I totally agree with another reviewer noting that this towel is flimsy, expensive and questioning the quality of the fringes.
