Excellent goods. Be patient when assembling.

This is a great product. I could fit 48 pairs of shoes and sandals on this shelf and still have room. I used the top shelf for wallets. There have been a lot of comments about breakage of plastic connectors during assembly. A simple solution to this problem is to heat each part before joining. It took a little longer, but I used a hair dryer to heat each piece of plastic and the rod it needed to be connected to. This made them slip very easily and I had no broken parts. Just take the time to do it slowly and you will avoid frustration and breakdowns. Remember that it's better to twist the pieces than to force them to squeeze or squeeze them together. When building a shelf, it's best to assemble all levels first. Make sure the three-way connector always faces the flat, open side up, as shown in my photos. Insert connector into ONLY ONE end of longest pole. Insert the rod into the fabric "shelf" so that the connector on each rod is on opposite ends. Then place the connector on one of the medium-length rods. You can then connect each end to complete the level. Lay each tier to the next using the shortest poles in each corner and connecting the shelves. For the top level, place a reversible curved connector at each end of a medium-length pole. Then attach a short rod to each end of this assembly. This is placed on top of the rack to give it an elegant finished look. The shelf easily holds 50 or more pairs of women's shoes and sandals. It will last less when used on large men's sneakers or boots etc.
