Must have!: my feedback
I wanted to get back to doing sit ups for exercise in front of the TV at night but my lower back and tailbone couldn't take it even on carpet. This bad boy is awesome and helps even with the angle of the crunch and allows me a pain free exercise session.
Pros
- im 5'11" 225# weightlifter and this works great for lower ab stretch.
Cons
- Wedge pad is too small to comfortably fit under the lower back
