Review on Merrell Womens Trail Sneaker Paloma by Dawn Kemp

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A little big - order 1/2 size down

They're not as comfortable as my old Trail Glove 4 knit shoes, but the arch support is solid (be careful with punts, the midfoot is pretty narrow) and I have the feeling that the heel sags more than the toes. I run and run on my toes rather than heel so the difference in drop works for me but may bother others. Overall flex is a bit more ribbed than previous trail gloves (RIP Tough Glove models) but still acceptable . This model also has the typical wide toe box, which allows attackers like me to move much more on the balls of their feet. easy. All in all good shoes for warm dry weather - the mesh upper will keep your feet dry in the rain. Order half a size smaller and you're done.
