Unfinished, no wax polish!
This item arrived unfinished. They were described as polished with wax, but instead they were raw and quite rough to my ears. I got a tear in my ear trying to get her in no matter what. This came after there was allegedly something wrong with a set I was supposed to receive on Saturday. I got an email saying something was wrong and they had to send another pair which arrived after another 5 days. I am unsatisfied with this. It's clear they've been tested for quality no better than the first pair they set out to ship.
