So. I thought my cell phone was broken. Something is faulty in the cable which is causing my phone's volume to decrease and "randomly" keep decreasing. It's probably some kind of crossed wire or pin sending a signal to my phone to turn down the volume as it keeps going down even when I press the volume up button. It doesn't always happen and muting doesn't always happen, but it's still the second worst thing I've come across in terms of audio. The sound quality is normal when I listen to it.
