I use them when watching TV. I had trouble sleeping and then I read articles about blue light. I took these as they were cheap and I got better rest from the first night. I'm an elderly person and watch a lot of TV, so the blue light probably annoyed me. I also bought blue light blocking reading glasses for computer use and they were a lot more expensive. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that these less expensive glasses actually blocked more blue light than the readers I had spent more on. I hope ATTCL will make them readers too.
