I bought these to make my life easier not harder but when I got them the only hinge that worked was the top. The bottom two are too far from the concavity, preventing the thinner wire from forming large loops. So this is a (temporary) solution. Cut a 1" x 2" square from a thick paper towel or tissue paper, fold in half to get 1/2" x 2", then fold along the longest length until You have 1 spacer / 4" thick and 1/2". long and between the ring loops and a concave clip. Thread the wire so it touches the loop and the paper towel and start twisting. You still have to control the wire to keep it straight, but this makes things easier. To complete all 3 loops you may need to make the pad thicker. I can think of a few other ways to fix this, but this one is quicker and easier! And now they work great for me! Much luck! (see image)
