In this case, you get what you pay for

I don't know what you're expecting from a $2.70 flashlight, but this should be it. 10/10 worked for me which means Q/C probably exists at the factory. Unless you run a 3.7v battery you will not get the rated lumens. A single AA 1.5v will net you maybe 50lm. O-rings for water sealing are very poor quality. There is dielectric grease on the threads, but not spread. Manufacturer cuts corners to get a low cost light, like I said, what do you expect?I purchased these as backups for friends/kids when they don't have one. They'll do the job.

Operates on just one AA battery, which is easy to replace

The advertised lumens rating is not accurate in real usage
