One fell off immediately

Hung 2 of them in the bathroom cabinet. All instructions followed - I have used many Team products with good results. One stayed on his feet and the other fell off the door - containing a bottle of toner and a toothbrush - much less than 4lbs. I wonder if the strips were too old or what? Maybe I'll buy new ones and try to outweigh them. The caddy didn't break or crack when dropped, so it's something.
