I've been a licensed esthetician for 46 years and never has a curling iron burned my scalp as easily as this one. It heats up quickly and gets very hot at the minimum temperature. When you have short hair, it's almost impossible not to get burned. I called the company, after 19 minutes of waiting I complained and was told someone would call me within the next 3 days to arrange collection of the curling iron. It's been 7 days and I'm still waiting for that call. Save your money and your scalp. Don't buy this.
