BE VERY CAREFUL!: Hair Care

I've been a licensed esthetician for 46 years and never has a curling iron burned my scalp as easily as this one. It heats up quickly and gets very hot at the minimum temperature. When you have short hair, it's almost impossible not to get burned. I called the company, after 19 minutes of waiting I complained and was told someone would call me within the next 3 days to arrange collection of the curling iron. It's been 7 days and I'm still waiting for that call. Save your money and your scalp…

It really works! on Hot Air Brushes

Really Works! I have thin hair that is always slightly frizzy and wavy. I put my hair in a ponytail everyday because I don't like straightening it which leads to even more frizz the next day due to damage. I also don't know how to style my hair so blow drying is not an option; I've tried many times and I can never make it look good. I thought I'd try it and it's perfect. I almost bought a competitor's product that cost a hundred dollars and I'm glad I didn't spend that much. The brush heats up…

Excellent styling product.

Have been using this for a few years now, just bought a replacement in case my current one breaks. Love it! Much easier to use than other types of curling irons as they are self-gripping. It gets very hot almost immediately. The stiff bristles grip and hold hair for smooth, frizz-free curls. I have never burned myself when using it properly! You should not roll the barrel onto your skin or grab the barrel yourself as it is naturally hot as curling irons should be. The bristles are not hot so…

  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not bad

ATTENTION! Burn the scalp!

ATTENTION! This flat iron will burn your head, especially if you have short hair. Your plastic teeth and ferrous metal teeth are NOT close together, allowing you to touch and burn the scalp. I burned my scalp with it and immediately returned it.

Pros
  • Outstanding overall performance
Cons
  • So far, so good

Beware of safety concerns!

I have been using curling irons for many years. I've tried different types of curling irons. This iron doesn't have long enough teeth and it's easy for them to burn the scalp. I have burned my head many times and would have sent it back but I threw away the box.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Angry

Best price, much hot. you can easily burn your fingers. but works well

4.5 stars. Hard to find a titanium size with prongs to hold and pull straight or curly hair. Heats up quickly, but the tip gets hot. You should keep your fingers close to the tiny pointed end. I But you won't find a better price on rear inch titanium unless you're buying an unbranded product that may or may not keep up. I don't judge. I just can't find a titanium for this price. + I doubt you can find it at Walgreens, CVS or Target because I haven't found anything comparable at those 3rd or…

Bad Sticky Mess

I have owned this Conair Infiniti for 9 years now. I didn't really bother with it from the start, but I kept it and kept using it. Regardless of stupidity. Yes, it's quite hot, heats up quickly and has temperature control. Note, however, that the short red "bristles" are made of metal, not plastic. If one of them bumps into your head while curling your hair, it will burn your scalp and ear if you get too close. Also, it's easy to burn your fingers trying to hold on to the plastic tip because…

Not as expected in hair care

Two types of prongs to grab hair. A long and a short species alternately distributed around the trunk. If you finish the role and the short teeth touch the scalp, you'll burn yourself. Due to the combustion factor, a root lift is not possible. Ceramic teeth touch the scalp - you burn yourself. My scalp was covered with tender dots. I have medium length layered hair and wanted soft, shiny curls and I got it. Longer hair is better suited to create spiraling, shiny waves with excellent hold. But…
