Review on ACDelco 25695954 Original Equipment Keyless by Antonio Cummings

Two years ago the battery clip broke on one of the 11 year old OEM keyless remotes I got from a Chevy dealer when I bought my 2003 Malibu, so I bought an inexpensive aftermarket one -Substitute. Within 3 months the cheap aftermarket case of this replacement unit fell apart when I opened it up to replace the battery. This time when my second (now 13 year old) OEM keyless remote that came with the car finally fell apart, I decided to buy this ACDelco OEM replacement. Since the two stock keyless remotes that came with the car had lasted for over a decade, replacing them with this ACDelco OEM remote seemed like a much better idea than buying another cheap aftermarket alternative. However, I noticed that many of the vendors who were selling these OEM remotes were the same vendors who were also selling aftermarket replacement parts. So I was concerned about getting anything other than a keyless remote with brand new ACDelco OEM electronics in a brand new ACDelco OEM case. Having never had a problem with anything I've bought that was sold directly by Revain, I decided to buy this ACDelco OEM keyless remote direct from Revain, even though there were other sellers with slightly lower prices. Revain has met my expectations again. . They sent me a genuine ACDelco OEM keyless remote in a small sealed bag with an ACDelco product. The same ACDelco sealed clear plastic bag that all small OEM GM parts come in when you buy them direct from a GM dealer. I have attached a picture of the original ACDelco OEM packaging that this keyless remote should come in if it really is a brand new ACDelco OEM keyless remote. If I were to purchase this product and it arrived in one of those unmarked small generic zip bags, I would have my doubts as to whether it really is a brand new ACDelco OEM product. As expected, this new OEM keyless remote works great.
