He's a little flexible.
This bag traveled 305 miles on the Erie Canal Trail. It had everything I needed (lunch!) plus bike tools, map, phone and first aid kit. I didn't think it was reflective enough so I colored it a bit! I think different strap placement and maybe some hardboard or plastic on the sides would make it less flexible. Overall, I like the product and can recommend it.
