Now DAS is sharp - knife sharpener
Thought my expensive knives were sharp because I've used a built in sharpener on a knife block for the past 10 years. I thought I would compare the blade from this new sharpener and WOW what is the difference. That thing is aggressive! It only takes 2 or 3 light taps on each of the three progressive stones to achieve a razor sharp edge. I immediately warned my wife not to touch the edge because she now cuts through anything with ease.
