Contrary to some reviewers, I think this is a good product. I have 17 month old twins and was specifically looking for something they could hold easily and take an interest in oral hygiene. The first night I put toothbrushes in their high chairs and watched them to make sure nothing happened. I let them "play" with them for about ten minutes. After that there were 1 or 2 bristles that were a bit dislocated but none of them fell out. With any toothbrush, there is a chance that the bristles will fall out through aggressive use. This is not a product for little ones to "play" with unsupervised. If a baby falls with the product in his mouth, serious injury may result. I recommend this product but only if the baby is supervised while using it.
