I bought these shoes to wear to my son's wedding. His fiancee wanted me to wear silver shoes. I struggled to find anything suitable. I finally decided on them and luckily I still had enough time to get them from China. When they arrived they smelled strongly of glue but looked well made. I had a little problem with the buckle as it is different than expected. I was very happy with the fit and comfort of this shoe. On my wedding day, I wore them all day with no fatigue or pain. I haven't worn them for "breaking in" at all until this day. These are just very comfortable shoes!
