I had the Anet A8 for about 6 weeks when the power supply failed for no reason. It printed, I went in for a drink, went back to the garage and the printer was DOA. I ordered this power supply and it was almost cheap, but it's better! It has more power, heats up the extruder and greenhouse less, has a built-in fan for cooling under load and has been running continuously for 9 months. The only downside (which is very minor) is that the mounting holes on the back of the case don't match the standard A8 PSU. I printed the adapter and my printer was better than new.
