Have a wheelbarrow with 15" Diameter tire . It was flat so i used my compressor unfortunately the stem popped off due to the rubber corrosion. I have never replaced a stem before in a tubeless tire but i decided to give it a go as replacing the same type of tire would not be worth it considering how often it is used. Popped out old stem, measured hole size and ordered this item as it indicated it was the size i needed. Had to pry the tire back near the hole which was a bit difficult as it was a stiff old rubber tire but after a few choice words and a couple of clamps it was finally far enough back to insert new stem from inside. used pliers to pull and twist and trying not to squeeze pliers too hard to avoid damaging inner workings of stem and VOILA ! ! done. Maneuvered the edge of tire as close to edge of rim as possible, fill with air and pat myself on the back for a job well done.
