What the hell Revlon?

I have been using the Revlon compact file for many years but there is no way of knowing what I will get when I order a new one. I always get the whole set when I need a new file because the whole set is usually cheaper than the file itself. Seems like a waste, but having a new case every now and then is nice too. The problem is that they are constantly changing things in the files (and actually in the buffers - some two zones, some three, the last one completely untagged) and I currently have no less than THREE versions. The original, which I like best, has the words Shaping and Finishing on the respective pages. The other has a red flower on BOTH sides and I had to figure out which side is to shape and which side is to finish myself, darken one of the colors with a marker and then put tape on it, all so I don't do it. I don't have to reorder it every time. The current kit I am returning is the WORST. Everything about it seems lighter (cheaper) than the items in my old set; this is with an unlabeled buffer; Again, the file doesn't say which page to process and which to exit. To top it off, the tools are made out of cheap pink plastic. Because all women like pink, right? Pooh. Marchesa is written on the set of this "designerโ€ collection. The one I received was written by Leah Goren (no capitals). So Revlon lends his name to some designers? Who then offer an inferior product with the designer's name on it. And there's no way of knowing what you'll get if you order this kit. So I think I'll just spend the extra money on the original file and not on getting the kit. Sucks because my hull needs replacing. Actually also a cuticle trimmer. *sigh* I don't know what to do. Now they are hard to find in stores.
