Females 7.5 and 8 usually equate to 5.5/6.0 for large children. The price is great and it offers 3 widths including narrow, regular and wide. They are popular for school uniforms and are well stocked in all school sizes. Non-slip bottom. Wide, very wide. I switched to normal. It was easy too.
