Review on Real HCM by Jason Cho

I love that it's easy to use and has multiple modules/features within which can be used in any capacity you need them too. It does take some getting used to but once you get that down it becomes very user friendly! The only thing I dislike about this program would have to be the price point since it includes all of their other products as well (which are great!). We've seen an increase in productivity from our employees because they no longer spend so much time searching through files or emails looking for something specific when using this product.
