Review on SmartBen by Sri Mims

I love how easy it is for our staff members who are in different states, but working within an office together every day! They also have great customer support when needed which has saved me time as well (as opposed from having another third party vendor). No issues so far - super happy with their service thusfar :) We're using them now because of all they offer including full dental benefits through United Healthcare/Humana instead of just BCBC / FISD only options we had before smart ben got started up here at my job last year!! Very helpful tool overall! Makes administering insurance easier while allowing everyone access across state lines- very cool feature. Also helps us communicate better internally about any changes or updates made between providers since this allows communication via email easily rather than going back & forth over phone calls etc.. Overall no complaints yet though there hasn't been anything bad come out either haha : ) It's pretty difficult figuring things like deductibles without being able.
