Poorly made. Unfavorable.

Poorly done. First, the building instructions were murky at best. Pretty easy to figure out but there were different sizes of screws and no instructions on which to put where. I ended up having to partially disassemble the chair and replace the screws halfway through. The support bar on the back is (intentionally) curved; but the directions also don't indicate which direction to go. Which brings me to one of the problems with the chair - the backrest. Even if the backrest is firmly in the upright position and the recline lever is locked and not engaged, the chair reclines when you lean against it. So you can't use the back of a chair as a back support unless you want to recline fully. It's just not practical for work. The sides of the chair are extremely uncomfortable. They hold their legs together uncomfortably. And the metal supports of the bars make it impossible to counteract it. There will be no "male smears" with this chair! I'm 6ft tall and 213. It doesn't look like it could support too many pounds although it's supposed to hold up to 300lbs. Someone who is not very, very thin will not feel comfortable in this chair. The seat cushion is not soft at all either. After sitting in a chair at work for three hours (and even getting up several times) it was very uncomfortable. The extendable footrest is also problematic. Difficulty getting in and out of the chair without standing up. It would be nice to reach down and pull it into place and use it. It also doesn't extend far enough to be used as a footstool. It supports your thighs, but your lower legs and feet hang down at an angle that actually unbalances the chair. Not relaxing at all and feels like something might break when the footrest is in play. This isn't a very good chair for those approaching or over 200 pounds; It's also not a good chair for those who are taller, maybe 5'7" or so (this is a guess, but it depends on actual leg length combined with your weight). If, regardless of your weight, you have some If you have volume/girth you will find this chair restrictive and uncomfortable I really wanted this chair but it's a waste of money and you're sitting in the corner collecting dust I wouldn't recommend buying this chair it's not a good one quality and it's not a good price.
