I bought this for my friend when he came home sunburned from welding one day. Well, my husband must have a thick neck because he almost strangled him. The material was ok, pulled over his head (with some effort) but then he tried to pull it down his throat like a pair of spanks and he couldn't even wear it for 10 minutes. A good product in theory, but a pity we didn't get to use it.
