Needed a mount to mount a pair of HP Pavilion 2311xi monitors to my office's VESA 75/100 monitor mounts and this HumanCentric mount proved overall up to the task. The only drop of bitterness: Without the stabilizing bolt and its rubber foot, there is enough space in the holder so that the monitor can wobble a lot at the slightest provocation. The design of the VESA mounts that came with my new office furniture blocks the threaded hole for the stabilizer, but I found a great and inexpensive workaround by putting a regular $5 Meijer car wash sponge between the monitor and the arm, who performs the same role as an arm. including stabilizing bolts. Overall, with the addition of these sponges replacing the stabilizer, I'm pretty damn happy with the performance of this VESA adapter mount and would buy it again if I had other older monitors that required a VESA mount. .
