This is part of the cut veil.

I didn't like that I had to cut off to sew. It's actually a piece of another fabric, so if you want to use it on a color other than cream you'll have to cut out a lot of the extra fabric. I thought the appliqués were ready to be sewn on. I bought others that were easier to sew.
