Not suitable for in-ear headphones at all

I don't use it all the time, sometimes I use it once a week. Last month I had problems, then the customer sent me information, then I restarted and fully charged the battery. Now I still have the problem of working left or right for about 5 minutes and then shutting down. I do not know what I'm doing.
