I am very happy with the Venu 2s. I was blown away by the breadth and depth of information this watch offers. Along with a variety of activities to monitor, information about overall health and sleep quality is impressive and useful. I thought the Body Battery feature might be useless, but it gives good tips on how to stay balanced throughout the day with exertion based on your activity level, sleep quality and more - on a budget. The calculation of the "fitness age" was also surprising - above all because it provided useful information on concrete things, that need to be changed to improve health. The display is a big step forward. I tried the Garmin Vivo Active line and found the display to be too dim for me. Venu 2s is bright and easy to read during exercise. Also, before I bought it, I was concerned that the font size on the Venu 2s might be too small. I thought I might need more Venu 2, and again I was pleasantly surprised: all the data is easy to read. Garmin support is amazing. The watch has many options and functions. The navigation was sometimes a bit confusing for me. But phone support was slow and thorough. The agent was very familiar with the product. (Note: I've used about 4 or 5 different Fitbit products over the past 10 years. I bought their latest model, the Sense. Great display but I had to return it. because of the horribly erratic heart rate sensor. Their customer support, which was once excellent, is now made available to people reading the same script documentation you can find yourself online. I was just offered a waste of time to fix a bug that turned out to be well documented on consumer forums around the web. Fitbit has fallen a long way in my opinion.) Garmin delivers on the quality of product I've come to expect from them over the years of using their in-car GPS units. I'm very glad I invested in this watch. Fitbit has fallen low in my opinion.)
