covered the smell of urine and feces of our kitten in the buttocks, which I could not get rid of with shampoo, but after an hour the smell returned , but the next Day without using any more, the smells are gone! It was nice to have a kitten on my shoulder/neck (where it likes to lie) and not smell poop for the first time in a week (bad reaction to dewormers which caused severe diarrhea and he wasn't the best at sitting in it or walk, he stunk even after bathing). My issue with this otherwise great product that does what it says on the tin is that it's too fragrant/scented for my nose. I would have preferred a more neutral, unscented version.
