This is an updated version without USB 3.0 on the front which I think is the best although others may vary. This is the end of all NES style cases. Check out the Pi console cases that are a perfect match for the retro consoles they are made in and it's everything I hoped it would be! It's even better than what Nintendo made for its NES Classic! It's got the right proportions, materials, and texture for the plastic, and the buttons click just like the original NES console, which the NES Classic definitely didn't have for the reset button. The NES game-shaped SSD cartridge inside is just a wonderful touch, and the NES Classic didn't even let you open the lid. The cased version of the Pi3 allowed the lid to be opened and had the appropriate buttons, but it didn't have an SSD cartridge compartment, nor did it have all the materials and parts you need, like the black plastic next to where you put the controller was just a sticker on the Pi3, this one is a hard black plastic, more like NES. Also, it's a bit bigger than the Pi3 version, I suspect this is done to make room for the SSD cartridge, but that size lies even better in hand as it's bigger it looks more like a real game console even if it's just small it's very noticeable when you're holding an int or just watching it next to a big tv. I love that the updated version of the Pi4 case has 2 corresponding USB ports on the front instead of adding a 3.0 port, it seemed unnecessary and frankly made it ugly so this update fixes that too! With all this I don't think I have anything left to wish for, everything is there. Can't wait for the SNES, SFC, Master System, Genesis and PS1 cases to do the same! Can we also get a Famicom case with the same quality? And controllers with a 2-button layout? It would make almost everything perfect!
