The duvet matches the color, very soft but yes, a little wrinkled. If you're looking for glamor over comfort, go further. I was looking for a blanket that I really wanted to sleep under. It is very cozy and fits perfectly with the color scheme of my room. I buy based on reviews and felt the reviews are definitely true. Every time I buy a piece like this I want it to be easy to wash. I washed on a delicate cycle and spun on high speed to drain the water. I put it on "air fluff" to dry, which doesn't heat up in my dryer for an hour, then hung it on the door to finish drying, just to be on the safe side. No signs of tears or holes in the stitching. I might try low heat drying next time because I think it will be ok. Love it. Heavy enough to keep you warm from AC shocks but not as strenuous as some. Mind you, I have a memory foam mattress that primes me under a heavy blanket. For a nice, comfortable blanket, I'm actually overwhelmed by the high price, but I searched for months and settled on this one. I like the color, the comfort and the feel.
