Clear instuctions - my new review

First of all, my installation attempt of your Zoegaa Screen Protector # X0031VXGVBfailed because of in my opinion faulty instructions. On page 2 in the upper left hand corner you show a diagram of "Product Structure” indicating the blue label no. 2 should be on the bottom, protective film in the middle and red label no. 1 on top ( see attached photo). I was led to believe that was the position of the installation. But it was not and I ended up with lint in between the glass surface and the protective film when I attempted to lay it on my tablet screen. This is not the results I intended.Secondly, I did not want a matte finish on my screen protector but I wanted a clear transparent finish. Therefore, I am pursuing a refund or credit of my purchase from ebay so I can order a clear screen protector.Sincerely,Ronald L. Michaud

Pros
  • The Screen Protector is designed to support your iPad adventures with exceptional durability and compatibility with Apple Pencil, ensuring you can focus on your creativity or productivity without the worry of scratches or damages. Plus, the easy-install design means you can put the protector on yourself in a matter of minutes
Cons
  • Installation Challenge: Installing the screen protector may require a little bit of practice and patience. The process can be difficult to get it aligned perfectly, leading to air bubbles, and it could take several tries to get it right. This can be frustrating and time-consuming for users who are not familiar with installing screen protectors
