I decided to add this to my diet around the same time we bought the infrared sauna, so it's hard to say if it's this or that, but I'm much healthier overall since. Not to say I haven't felt bad at all, but in the last few years I've only felt like garbage once and I've recovered twice as fast as my wife. who does not take vitamins well, etc.
