I love this product! It has definitely boosted my immune system since I started taking it almost four months ago. I have never caught a cold or the flu, even though my husband has been sick for a week and my clients are sick all the time. I buy them to treat/prevent herpes. Abreva and others don't work for me at all. It is very helpful when used as directed to prevent and treat cold sores faster than without it.
