Love them L-lysine for amino acids
I buy them to treat/prevent herpes. Abreva and others don't work for me at all. It is very helpful when used as directed to prevent and treat cold sores faster than without it. They also make a topical lip liner from the same company, which is great too. Calming and healing. We have been buying for many years and will continue to support this brand, Quantum Health.
