I like that we can use Ultimate Ai to increase our customer service activities, for example by sending out emails with automated workflows.
Our employees will have more time available after they finished their normal job tasks, which means we are able to serve more customers and provide them better support! The only thing i dislike at this moment is how easy it was to get started and to implement our first automation task. It's really awesome because my team members who know very little about software development were able to create automations without any help from me.
