Good automation software and great customer experience

The platform of Ultimate AI has been very useful to us as it helps our agents respond faster than before, which means that we are able solve more problems within less time with fewer resources compared if not using this tool! It's still early days but I can say so far everything seems good - easy access from mobile devices (iOS & Android), fast response times when needed via chat or phone call etc., customisable dashboard/reports available at any given point during day-to-, week-. Very intuitive tool & great learning curve

I like that we can use Ultimate Ai to increase our customer service activities, for example by sending out emails with automated workflows. Our employees will have more time available after they finished their normal job tasks, which means we are able to serve more customers and provide them better support! The only thing i dislike at this moment is how easy it was to get started and to implement our first automation task. It's really awesome because my team members who know very little about…
