The platform of Ultimate AI has been very useful to us as it helps our agents respond faster than before, which means that we are able solve more problems within less time with fewer resources compared if not using this tool! It's still early days but I can say so far everything seems good - easy access from mobile devices (iOS & Android), fast response times when needed via chat or phone call etc., customisable dashboard/reports available at any given point during day-to-, week-. A month hence would be ideal though!! Overall no complaints yet apart maybe about accessing reports offline since you'll have issues updating them once online again after some hours / minutes later? That being said they're working hard towards solving these challenges through their roadmap update process every quarter now :) Our team manages all incoming calls made by customers across EU countries while also providing quality customer service support solutions over webchat channels such as Facebook Messenger Chatbot Platforms like Intercom Slack Teamsetc. The ease of use for the agents, it helps them focus more on their work rather than being stuck in repetitive tasks. I think the system can be better but they are constantly updating so we don't really have much to complain about the product.
