Review on Ultimate Blue Gallon Membrane Filter: Pure Water at its Finest by Derrick Feliciano

When we received the filter there were instructions printed on the side. Simple enough twist and turn. After removing the filter, water ran everywhere and there is still a red hose hanging from the old filter. The instructions for the filter say nothing about the hose. I went to YouTube and watched their videos. The video says there should be a bucket nearby. The video doesn't say how to remove the red hose and suggests taking the red hose one step further. No special instructions. So... . This company knows that there are additional steps to replacing the filter, but they don't include anything in the packaging or other instructions printed on the filter. Rather, you should know how to watch an incomplete YouTube video. At this point, I'm ready to rip that system out and replace it with something else.
