Works like products ten times more expensive. Works well. Helps (in my case) recovery after intense physical exertion. Putting pressure on my legs/muscles probably helps the circulatory system by getting bad waste out of the muscles and bringing in fresh blood with a supply. The product looks very high quality, I was pleasantly surprised. The material seems very good, thick fabric inside, high quality air tubes etc. Very small downside - my hips are high and the device only covers about 80% of them, but I wouldn't pay 10x for a full one. Foot products like Normatech or Rapidrecovery, which probably do a little better, unless I was a pro athlete and made a lot of money from it. It covers the feet and calves 100%, the foot massage was actually a very pleasant surprise. Noise is still a compressor, but for a compressor, it's a quiet, tolerable noise. The session lasts 20-40 minutes. And the person is very still - ideally they are sitting on the couch in front of the TV, so it's better to put their legs on a chair or something similar. And from the compressor to the output there is a 1-1.5m cable, so you don't really have to move. The compressor is powerful enough to work, as a tall man and athlete, I use it at maximum power. I use it in full mode, which basically applies alternating pressure with no pressure on the muscles and offers a surprisingly good massage. Probably 10 times more expensive products have a more powerful compressor that offers a more powerful sequential mode - which in this case strikes me as too slow / infrequent "air pulses" so I don't use it. But this one does a decent job on a 10x smaller budget so again a great product for the price.
