I loved using this pizza pan. We've tried similar products in the past that didn't live up to expectations, but the Chef Omni Peel and Rocker Knife was incredibly easy to assemble, use, and clean afterwards. The assembly instructions are available in descriptive format on the box and got me up and running in minutes. Please note that the seesaw is quite sharp, so it's best to consider safety first and only remove the protective cover when the time is right. Disc. I gave the second set to friends and they were happy too. Overall, my family had a great time using this product to make and serve their own homemade pizza.
