First I got this controller back in July. I've been using a standard DualShock controller for 4 years and it was my first "professional" controller. First impression, it's big. It was weird to hold in my hands at first, and as someone who plays a lot of FPS games, it was quite difficult to reach the L1 and R1 buttons. You get used to it and of course it depends on the size of your hand. It doesn't have hair stop triggers like the Scuf controllers, but you can remap the triggers to act like hair stop triggers. Everything else on the controller feels very fluid and comfortable, with each button press feeling like a mouse click. The buttons on the back became comfortable after about a week of using the controller, although I have no paddle/button experience so I can't compare them to other controllers. Now, after about a month of use, I've noticed the left stick starting to drift. I really want to emphasize that I don't push any buttons, I don't press my thumb too hard or anything like that. It wasn't a big deal because I found that I could unplug the controller for about 3 seconds and then plug it back in and the stick drift was gone. But this is September and the left stick is terrible. Right now it moves by itself and the only solution right now is to buy a whole set of mini joysticks which will cost around $40. There are also times when I'm trying to text someone and the cursor gets stuck in the middle of the screen (usually it gets stuck on the letter "G" and doesn't let me type anything). In general, the controller is good. However, it is frustrating to pay around $180 for a controller that now needs replacement parts after only 3 months of use. (Again, no button press, never had an issue with stick shifting on the Daulshock which I've been using since I got my PS4 in 2016).
