very good support, light weight

i gave this sauna waist trainer vest a 4 stars due to it's smell (i am very sensitive to the smell of the material)Pros:* very good torso/back support, help me for good posture. the 2 waist/tummy big Velcro straps (about 8 inch wide for each) gives a very good torso support, and reduce back pain especially noticeable when carrying baby on my back.*light weight and adjustable, there are Velcro style of shoulder strap for easy adjust.*increase body temperature, increase sweat.Cons:it has a very strong neoprene material smell.Overall, recommend.
