Review on Mechanical Keyboard Aluminum Wireless Hot Swappable by Christine Moore

level up! **Instructions in review**

So I bought my first Royal Kludge 61 mechanical keyboard last year. It was plastic and only had an amber backlight, but was wireless and portable. To say the settings are disappointing would be an understatement. There's a learning curve here! More than once I've pressed the hotkey and changed settings, only to be utterly stunned when, instead of moving up or down the table, I see a random string of characters. .But one day I became an RK master. Save the cheat sheet, it will be very useful. I've added it here in case you lose it. This keyboard has memory for three Bluetooth devices. The function key allows me to switch between my two computers, allowing me to run different systems simultaneously without having to have two keyboards (although two mice are still needed). I can even add my phone so I can navigate all my devices without taking my hands off the keyboard. KEBS PPL --- I have this one with brown switches as my other RK61 is blue. I am a sensitive person - very sensitive. Think Box Jade or MX Green clicks. These switches are very smooth. I enjoy the tactile experience more than I thought. The only BIG negative is the clatter of the spacebar. This is bad. It's worse than some $50 keyboards I have. Need some lube or something to help him safely. The RGB colors are beautiful. I'm sticking with the default cycle, but there are many ways to change the lighting effects. The keys are very durable, have a nice texture (white model) and don't attract too much dirt. They're white, so they need cleaning, but that's not common. The keyboard doesn't have stands so it can't be adjusted, but the angle is good and the chassis is low enough that you don't need a palm rest to use it. The chassis is really solid and heavy, and the protrusion around the keys is just right. I like the thin bezel and the aluminum, it looks really stylish. Overall this keyboard is 8/10. The hotkeys take a bit of getting used to, but with a 61% layout, expect them to be brimming with features. My other metal case is Durgod Hades 65% and this keyboard is just as good. Spacebar rattle aside, this keyboard is a great value for its build quality and features. The Durgod has better switches but is $50 more expensive and not wireless. A great first mechanical keyboard or a good addition to a custom PC build.
