Didn't feel bad about the amount of money I spent. The clarity of the image and the absence of any focusing issues took me by surprise and pleasantly impressed me. I heard in other people's reviews that the picture was hazy and not sharp; there is none of that. Everything works out wonderfully. I am very satisfied with the "widescreen" picture, the camera is operated at a distance of 1.5 meters, because as a 47-inch TV monitor - a company of 4-5 people, when speaking on Skype, feels absolutely comfortable. I am very happy with this. Before the replacement, there was a regular camera that cost approximately one thousand dollars; however, my interlocutors instantly noticed a significant difference in the picture and sound quality when it was upgraded. My Internet's outgoing speed is approximately 800 kilobits per second, which is sufficient because asynchronous technologies like DSL, which has a reduced outgoing channel, are sufficient. The video is encoded in the hardware of the camera, and the camera is "friendly" with Skype. The purchase lived up to every one of my anticipations.
