SUPER EASY! I was a bit nervous trying to do this. My daughter smashed her screen to the point, the class fell out and the screen was completely destroyed! With the help of video it took about 45 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow. Included was a magnetic mat with a picture of tiny screws. Glue was included as well as all required fees. I am also very satisfied as my daughter's phone looks brand new. The real test was turning it on to make sure everything was up and running. 5 star review from this happy mom.
