I received this device for Christmas and after watching the marketing videos I was convinced that the AquaBlaster would be perfect for me. After trying for 2 weeks to get it working as advertised, I'm sending it back today. Here's what I found: 1) The instructions that came with the device are terrible. The package comes with a small brochure in 6 languages that explains the guarantee. And there is a small card that links to a website with more information about the device. I was expecting the website to direct me how to get the speaker online. The website generally spoke to me like I had months of experience with the device. As a result, the website was completely useless. I went to YouTube for help but all they had were marketing videos. Useless. Eventually I dug enough on the internet and also with some logic figured out how to get the device online (which I eventually did). Once connected to the network, I got it working once. On a scale of 1 to 10, the speaker's sound shape was a 7. Not bad. Not good. 2) I contacted AquaBlaster support to find out how to get the device online and they (Franky) replied within a day. with website pointers for me. It was an amazing response time. But I already figured out how to connect the device to the network when they replied to my EMAIL. That's why I never went to the sites that were referred to me. But Frankie was quick to respond, which I appreciated. 3) The next time I used the device, I turned it on and the voice prompts told me the device was connecting and that it was connected. When I pressed the HI button to request music, the voice prompt informed me that "the connection to the application was lost". What the hell does that mean? After experimenting and doing more research, I emailed AquaBlaster support again. Franky replied that they found a problem with the app and I need to download a new app. I had the app running but still lost connection. I don't have time to wait for software engineers to get it right. come on guys Result. I worked with this device for at least 4 hours only to give up because I realized that the application should work independently of Alexa and AquaBlaster. Today I am sending the device back. The idea is good. But the documentation was very bad, the support was ok but the integrity of the product is questionable. Good luck if you decide to buy this device.
