This product used to be good. Now the pumps on "refillable" bottles break after about 15 individual pumps, so they can't even be refilled. The pumps don't even reach the bottom of the included soap bottles. This happened to 6 bottles recently. Planned obsolescence, a counterfeit product or an unfortunate change of packaging supplier? I do not know what happened. All I know is that I don't think this product is anywhere near as good as it used to be. There are better products for less money. And don't waste money on refills when you're not using it in your pump bottles.
