Lamps arrived on time. They were well packaged and easy to assemble, but they don't work properly. I also had other touch lamps and needed a light touch to turn them on. I repeatedly and vigorously tapped a lamp in various places and it only lit up intermittently. The second lamp did not light up at all. I bought these for my mom who has Alzheimer's and has broken a lot of lights because she can't remember how to turn them on. Mom threw them away in minutes to get them working. I packed them up and sent them back. Returning Revain is easy. I ordered two new lamps of the same model. I'll update if these two work, but I don't have high hopes as I got not one, but TWO lemons. Mom liked the style of the lamps, but they might as well have been homemade pebbles if they didn't work. Just take a look. So the update is from January 29th. First let me say that I received two emails from the supplier expressing his concern about my order and his willingness to make it right. They have gone so far as to offer a $25 refund if the new bulbs are satisfactory, so I can say the supplier's customer service is excellent. For this reason I added one more star. Unfortunately, there is clearly a bug with this model, because this time none of the lamps worked. I sent them back and ordered other lamps.
